Covers the ten professional relaxation and deep-tissue treatments in the “Pay online and save 10%” category. Customers can book this option as often as they like. Full card payment at booking is required; pay on arrival is unavailable for these reduced-price appointments.

Other coupons and membership or prepaid-package credit cannot be applied. Choose a usual-price appointment if using another reward or paying on arrival. The usual cancellation and refund policy applies.

The friend must be a new customer making their first visit. One referring customer per friend; no self-referrals. Both discounts apply to usual-price treatments in Relaxation & Wellbeing or Pain Relief & Muscle Tension. Each code is for one named customer and one use.

The referring customer’s reward is issued only after the friend’s eligible appointment is completed and paid. Cancelled or missed visits do not earn a reward. No combining with FIRST15, pay-online savings or another offer. Members can use referral rewards against additional appointments, separately from their membership sessions.

Payment is taken when you join and automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future payments. No joining fee or minimum term. A renewal reminder is emailed seven days before payment.

One unused session can carry into the following billing month only; older unused credit expires. Jake manages rollover manually. Membership is for one named client, with appointments subject to availability. Add-ons are not included and promotional discounts cannot reduce membership payments.

Members also qualify for Pure Rewards and the birthday benefit below. Members can opt in for first refusal on genuine cancellation slots: email thepops.business@outlook.com with preferred days and times and a choice of email or text alerts. Include your mobile number for texts. Jake manages matching alerts manually; no slot is guaranteed, booking is optional, and you can leave the list at any time.

Available to active Monthly Reset and Monthly Muscle Care members. Earn one stamp per completed, paid professional massage, including membership and prepaid-package visits and professional pay-online equivalents. Cancelled, missed and complimentary appointments do not earn stamps. Previous eligible visits may count after Jake checks booking and payment history. Visits already used for a reward cannot be counted again.

Tracking and code issue are manual. The personal, single-use £60 code is restricted to The Reset · Classic Swedish. Book it as an additional appointment, separately from membership or package credit. It does not replace your included monthly treatment or reduce your membership payment. No cash alternative or transfer.

One reward each year, for a usual-price treatment in Relaxation & Wellbeing or Pain Relief & Muscle Tension. Your appointment must take place in your birthday month and is subject to availability. Jake checks eligibility and manages codes manually; ID is checked for verification, not retained in your membership record.
